Simone Young nominated as “Conductor of the Year”

Simone Young has been nominated as "Conductor of the Year" for this year's prestigious International Opera Awards. The awards will be presented on 2 October 2024 at a gala hosted by the Bavarian State Opera at the Prinzregententheater in Munich. The prizes are awarded in various categories, and an international jury of opera critics and performers will decide who wins the British Opera Magazine award.
