Simone Young is “Australian Artist of the Year”

The Australian music magazine “Limelight” has honored Simone Young: the magazine’s music critics chose her as the best Australian artist of 2022. “Few will forget the Sydney Symphony Orchestra’s performance of Mahler’s 'Resurrection' Symphony which Simone Young conducted in July this year, says Steve Moffatt in an explanatory statement.
