Simone Young conducts "Salome" in Paris
Paris Opera Bastille presents a new production of Richard Strauss' "Salomé" starting on 12 October 2022. Simone Young will be conducting nine performances with Elza van den Heever in the title role, Karita Mattila as Herodias and Iain Paterson as Jochanaan. The staging is by American director Lydia Steier. Performances: 12 October to 5 November 2022.
