„From the House of the Dead“ at the Bavarian State Opera

Simone Young returns to Munich for a new production of Leoš Janáček’s „From the House of the Dead“. The premiere at the Bavarian State Opera is scheduled for 21 May 2018. Next season Simone Young will be seen in Munich conducting two operas by the Czech composer: a new series of „From the House of the Dead“ in October 2018 and „Jenufa“ in November 2018.
