Debut with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich

On 25 and 26 November 2023, Simone Young will make her debut with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich. For her first collaboration with the heritage-rich orchestra, she has put together an unusual program. The concert will feature "St. Carolyn by the Sea" by Bryce Dessner, who will also be on stage himself as and electric guitarist. In addition, Richard Strauss' "Also sprach Zarathustra" and Igor Stravinsky's "Apollon musagète" will be performed, two works from Simone Young's core repertoire.
