Simone Young nominated for the Helpmann Awards 2019

After 2018, Simone Young and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra are again nominated for the Helpmann Awards in 2019 in the category „Best Symphony Orchestra Concert“. On the concert‘s programme this time was Gustav Mahler's Symphony No 6. Simone Young was already honoured with the renowned prize in 2002, 2005 and 2013. The Helpmann Awards will be presented in Melbourne on 14 and 15 July 2019.
