"Elektra" in Zurich

Simone Young returns to Zurich Opera for the musical direction of three performances of Richard Strauss' "Elektra". The production by stage director Martin Kušej is the last opera production of the season. The cast includes among others Waltraut Meier (Klytämnestra), Evelyn Herlitzius (Elektra), Tamara Wilson (Chrysothemis) and Christof Fischesser (Aegisth). Performances: 7, 11 and 14 July 2019.
